Let Loose is a family owned business in Australia. By accessing, using or browsing Letloose.com.au you agree to be bound by its Terms and Conditions. Should you place an order with let Loose you will be deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions herein. Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time; any amendments will become effective immediately. Your continued use of the website post such amendments will constitute an agreement by you to abide by them.

Let Loose will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, or from any products purchased from this site, including but not limited to direct, incidental, punitive and any consequential damages.
We endeavour to ensure that all information provided is accurate and up to date. At times due to our humanity typographical error or inaccuracies may occur. Let Loose does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change pricing and information contained in our site at anytime.

We aim to provide excellent customer service to you with all the gifts, wrap and cards that you may chose while shopping with us at Letloose.com.au.

PRODUCT

Letloose will make every effort to provide an accurate description and photograph of the product. However, due to the differences that may arise between computers, inks, printers, colours of the actual product may vary slightly. Joybells.com.au is unable to take responsibility for such discrepancies.

PRICING

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include GST. We do accept orders for shipping throughout the world. We do not set conversion rates as they are dependent on the credit card provider.

PAYMENT

We at Letloosefashionandbears.com.au seek to provide you with our best possible price, and appreciate that delivery, postage, and other costs associated with web shopping require us to be diligent in attempting to give you great value for every dollar spent.

We accept Visa and Master Card via our secure eway ecommerce merchant facility that is a PCI compliant payment gateway provider. Please do not send credit card information through unsecured email.
Payments will be processed only after all relevant information is received. Weekend or Public holiday orders will be processed on the next working day. Please retain your tax invoice and bank statement until you have received the goods as proof of purchase.

We also accept paypal.

PRE ORDERS

A $100 non refundable deposit is required to pre order a Mohair bear and a $20 deposit for a plush bear. As soon as your request is received we will make up a page in our Bear book. A payment of the deposit will ensure that the bear will be kept for you. Payment for deposit must be made within 4 days, otherwise the bear will be offered to the next customer on the wait list. Please ring Jen on 0449951603 to Pre order and arrange deposit. You can of course purchase the preordered products and pay in full if you wish. The Covid year has encreased our waiting time for preorder bears, we have no influence or control of arrival dates.

Upon the arrival of your bear you will be sent a phone call or text with the due balance, which needs to paid in full on the arrival of the bear.

We are quite happy for customers to have a layby on a pre order bear and make payments prior to delivery. Please contact us if you would like this option, in fact we encourage this as Mohair bears can be quite expensive and a lot to pay in one go.

Wish list up to two of each rare and limited edition bear, and then we pursue that bear on your behalf.

Last year Charlie Bears made available to stockists a quarterly production schedule on when to expect deliveries, please note this is a plan and is subject to change, but it went very well for the 2019 Collection. 2020 saw delays as expected with Covid. Charlie Bears are responsible for the availability and arrival of all the bears to us. We have no control over the arrival of bears and very little notice of when an arrival is expected. 

As our allocation for each bear sells out, we will take the bears off the website as it is unlikely that the bears will be able to be reordered.
Please be reminded that stock levels wil be low this year due to the very low limitations on the Mohairs.
