Refunds and Returns

We at Let Loose check every item prior to shipping, to ensure your satisfaction with the quality of our product. We do not want to have disappointment in what should be the pleasurable experience of receiving your parcel.

All returns must have a return authorisation (RA) number prior to return. We will issue your RA number swiftly via email. Your RA number will also contain instructions and the return address which needs to be followed, so a speedy resolution can occur. A RA number lets us know your iteml is on its way to us.

For faulty items please contact us within seven days , so we can arrange the return and issue the RA. For international customers the items must be posted back with in seven days of the RA date being issued. We will not hesitate to refund goods that have left us faulty. We will notify you via email once we have received the goods and processed the return. All returned products must have no strains, tags removed or unpleasant odours such as cigarette smoke.

Replacement items will be sent once the faulty item has been returned with its RA number. We will notify you via email once the return has been processed and the replacement items have been dispatched.

If the goods were damaged in transit then it is a matter for the delivery folk. Please inform us of any damage so we can support the claim verifying our records that the item was checked and in perfect condition when it left our shop. We recommend that you do not sign for products until you have throughly checked that they were not damaged in the shipping.

We understand with our fashion items that you may simply change your mind or are not happy with the style, shape size etc.. We are happy to issue you with an exchange, a credit note or a refund on clothing that is unsuitable. Simply, apply for a RA number within seven days of receipt of product and return the product within 21 days from purchase. All returned items must be in perfect condition and must have no strains, tags removed or unpleasant odours such as cigarette smoke.

We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with a credit voucher, exchange or refund if the product is not received in the original condition.
